Sakura is committed to quality products and protective packaging. We partner with reputed courier agencies for safe and timely delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days of order confirmation. We aim to deliver within 7 working days from the date the order is placed, subject to circumstances beyond our control that may cause unavoidable delay.

Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver to selected pin codes only. Serviceability for your address is shown at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will not be able to complete the order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details so you can follow its progress. Deliveries are handled by our courier partners our courier partners.

Delays & Failed Deliveries

As plants are living and perishable, we recommend providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability of the recipient, additional charges or delays may apply. Please contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline.
